The Challenge

I tasked myself with creating this project from a prompt I was given through an instagram page that does weekly branding challenges. they gave me keywords and the name of the brand, and I had to create a landing page design, branding, and whatever else would help give the brand an identity. the brief was to create a housing website for first time renters.

Process

  1. Customize the landing page design to meet the audience's needs and preferences.

  2. Create a wireframe before designing a landing page. It outlines layout and content, including headlines, call-to-actions, and forms.

  3. Add branding elements.

  4. To succeed, a landing page needs persuasive copy that shows product value, solves pain points, and drives action.

Solution

The landing page was designed with the target audience in mind, incorporating elements that aligned with their needs, preferences, and pain points.

The branding outside of that represented something approachable for a younger audience that gives a comfortable homey energy while staying sleek and modern.

Outcome

In the end I created something that I felt represented the brief in it's entirety and felt unique enough in it's market to stand as a brand that feels real. This challenged me to make a landing page which is only something I had ever done on my portfolio, and it taught me that I always have more to learn even if I was happy with how it turned out.
